These privacy terms explains how ionyxx ("we") collects, processes and safeguards personal information across our site and the Services. We act as data controller for these data.
Data we collect. Names, emails, countries and comparable identifiers plus KYC documents demanded by regulators. Also collected: execution and account history, technical logs and support chats. EU/UK lawful bases: performing the contract, complying with law, plus legitimate interest.
Use of data. Operating your account, settling positions, meeting regulation, fraud prevention, platform security, plus optional product emails with an instant opt-out.
Who sees data. Sharing is limited to operating vendors (custodial, payment, identity), regulators on lawful demand, and de-identified analytics. We never sell personal data.
Retention and security. We retain data through account activity plus statutory windows (typically five-seven years for trades). Protection: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-audited access controls.
